New Single Review: Treasure

Welcome to the first Song Review! Bruno Mars' new single from his album, Unorthodox Jukebox, just debuted at #71 on the Hot 100, and I have already heard it on the radio three times!
"Treasure" isn't a ballad like "Man", but more like "Heaven", the first single on the album.

When I first heard the song on the radio, I immediately thought that the song wouldn't be as popular as "Heaven", but after hearing it a couple of times, I started to like it more. The verse is the catchiest part of the song, with the chorus being less catchy than "Heaven". The instrumental at the end gives it a satisfying feeling. Here is the audio:

I think the song will be a Top 10 hit for sure, but I am not positive that it will hit #1 like "Man" and "Heaven". How successful do you think it will be?
